Gin Week is in full swing in Portland with a Spectrum of Gin Blind Tasting Industry Masterclass following the Easterly Wines Haus Alpenz trade show with special guest Jake Parrot. We're excited to host a Spectrum Gin Masterclass focused on showcasing the wide spectrum of the category of gin, diving into the story telling and flavor profile & diversity of the category and distilleries. The tasting will utilize techniques, using olfactory and sensory evaluation, to dissect a wide range of botanicals to identify your favorite gins. Judge for yourself which gins you love and find new favorites. BONUS: We’ve also collaborated with Haus Alpenz for an amaro trade show with the one and only Jake Parrot. When we say nerd out, we mean NERD out with the legend himself, as you taste and play with the glorious spirits and amaro modifier portfolio of Haus Alpenz. Back-to-back Monday, April 20th 11am to 1pm at Hunt & Alpine Trade Only. Bar Industry Only. Please RSVP and arrive at least 10 minutes before the seminar to grab your best seat and some food!
