Next Friday, the 24, we try again at the garden! —— Sketch & Switch is speed-friending through sketching & yapping in a casual, peaceful garden setting. No drawing experience is needed. Your tiny portraits and doodles can be weird, sweet, funny, messy, cute or all of the above. The goal is not good art. It is to make meeting new people feel easier, sillier and a little less awkward. There is also no pressure to share your drawings. You’ll be keeping your sketchbook! All supplies are included. Just show up ready to draw, chat and have a fun little summer evening in the garden. There are plenty of bathrooms and places to grab food and drinks within a two-block radius. What if it rains? We try again in August! See photos from past events on Instagram at @theupperwestinsider.
