🏆 5th Annual Lake Merritt Dog Contest: Trophy Pickup + Awards Celebration The dogs have competed. The votes have been counted. Now it’s time to celebrate. Join us by Lake Merritt for an in-person trophy pickup and awards celebration for the 5th Annual Lake Merritt Dog Contest. We’ll be near the Children’s Fairyland sign / Fairyland Hill with balloons, trophies, printed awards, and plenty of very good dogs. 📅 Sunday, May 31, 2026 ⏰ 12–2 PM 📍 Fairyland Hill, near the Children’s Fairyland sign 🎈 Look for balloons + trophies 🐾 Leashes required Every attending award recipient will receive a printed certificate, so every honored dog gets their official moment. Trophies will be available first come, first served while supplies last, so we recommend arriving early if your dog is hoping to take home some hardware. Award winners, runners-up, proud campaign managers, and dog fans of all kinds are welcome to stop by, celebrate, and cheer on the dogs who made this year’s contest so special.
