At a moment of intensifying global backlash against LGBTQI+ communities, leadership is being defined not by statements—but by how resources move. During the UN Commission on the Status of Women, Outright International, Koppa Lab, and Causeway Impact invite a small, intentionally curated group of leaders to a strategic convening advancing the Funding Our Freedom campaign. Anchored by a keynote from Maria Sjödin, and featuring global activists and movement leaders in New York for CSW, this gathering offers a rare opportunity to engage directly with those on the frontlines of LGBTQI+ human rights work worldwide. This convening serves as a live extension of Outright International’s $10M Funding Our Freedom campaign, launched to stabilize, sustain, and rebuild the global LGBTQI+ movement amid devastating funding cuts and escalating attacks. This is not a panel or awareness event. Through candid dialogue and concrete pathways for action, participants—both in person and virtual—will be invited to translate alignment into meaningful support for lifesaving programs and frontline organizations.
