Matchas & Melanin is a cozy creator kickback hosted by Kortlynn Jenae at one of her favorite Black woman-owned cafés in New Orleans: St. Noir Café. We’re sipping on St. Noir’s signature matcha, the Magié Blue, showing up in shades of green, and creating a space that celebrates Black women, Black joy, and real community. After a weekend full of panels, events, and being on the move, Matchas & Melanin is your chance to slow down and close it all out with ease with a true local vibe. Content Hour | 4–5 PM Come early to grab your content while the light is perfect, and the vibes are easy. Matcha, cute moments, good people, and the perfect green aesthetic. Connect Hour | 5–7 PM Phone down. Vibe up. A DJ on the ones and twos, St. Noir’s full menu available for purchase, and Christina’s Cakes & Catering food truck on site with fried seafood plates, seafood fries, and more available for purchase. Come dressed in shades of green to embrace the Matchas & Melanin aesthetic. Admission is free — just RSVP. Limited capacity.
