Get ready to dutty wine and dutty squat. Afro sculpt is a new sculpt series I’m teaching fusing music from the Afro diaspora to bring you a class full of life, enjoyment, and FUN. This is a free, donation based class. All proceeds will go to The Birthday Project a non-profit organization focused on bringing joy to children experiencing homelessness through the MAGIC of birthday celebration. Mats, weights, props provided.
