we’ll start with a beginner-friendly slow flow on the patio focused on slowing down and settling into the body. then we'll transition to tea ritual, where you’ll be served tea in a more intentional, traditional way while we drop into a short meditation.
this one is centered around creativity (sacral) and confidence (solar plexus). This is an invitation to tap into your inner joy and celebrate your power 💥
