Who can join? 🍼Lvl2: Polers that are already confident in their invert and wanna step up from butterfly to Ayesha: will prep for handsprings (swing to Ayesha), descend to Ayesha from crucifix. 🧁 Lvl3: If you already nail Ayesha , this is the workshop that you will learn interesting entries and exits to and from Ayesha and different grips: twisted/true/cup/elbow/football grips. 🚨 Lvl4+: Phoenix,deadlift and regrip of Ayesha.
