meet us at Lost Cultures Tea Bar to learn the art of appliqué with textile artist Jenna Wolf (@jennaleawolf). bring a piece from your closet and give it a new life with a cute handmade patch.
appliqué is a textile technique where smaller pieces of fabric are layered and stitched onto a larger base fabric to create design and texture. in this workshop, you will learn how to design & cut your own appliqués and attach them to your garment using a few basic stitches.
dig through a fun collection of fabrics (all sourced second-hand) and create a cute patch or design in fun shapes - think stars, fruit, hearts, fish, etc.
please bring one garment you want to decorate - all other materials and supplies are included. this workshop is beginner-friendly!
