Spread the word - we're welcoming summer in Brooklyn with a traditional Central New York Chicken BBQ!

Chicken Platter - $22 - a quarter chicken, seasonal salads, and dessert.
Vegetarian Platter - $18 - seasonal salads and dessert.

This recipe and tradition was a big part of my family’s life in Ithaca, using the classic Cornell Chicken marinade. While Brooklyn doesn’t seem to have any homemade cinderblock BBQ pits, I plan to come pretty close to the real deal!

Preorder (via RSVP + payment) is required for food platters.
