This isn’t just a workout, it’s a mini celebration of motherhood designed to help you rebuild, recharge, and reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive way. 💕👶
Expect intentional core restoration, pelvic floor awareness, glute and upper-body strengthening, and controlled, low-impact movements that support stability and alignment. We’ll guide you through breathwork, mind-body connection, and functional strength exercises that help you feel stronger in everyday mom life, from carrying your baby to boosting your overall energy.
Move at your own pace in a space where it’s completely okay to pause, feed, cuddle, or simply take a moment for yourself. This class is about progress, not pressure. 💗
We’ll have uplifting music, positive vibes, and a community of incredible moms cheering each other on.
And after class, treat yourself at Pink Element Café ☕💗 lattes and matchas will be available for purchase so you can sip, mingle, and soak in the feel-good energy.
