In this 60 minute, non-heated, all levels vinyasa class, we will focus on the breath-body connection, moving through fluid sequences that build gradually to inspire gentle heat, invite balance, and calm the nervous system so you can move into the rest of your weekend with openness and confidence.
About Me: I am a 500-HR accredited yoga teacher specializing in breathwork, meditation, and somatics. I am just starting to build my practice in SF with small weekly group classes. I look forward to flowing with you. Namaste!
