We’re creating a night to teach you exactly that.
Join us for Frame Her Flow
(Polarity • Structure • Surrender • Flow)
A playful partner dance class exploring the fundamentals of connection, inspired by styles like Brazilian Zouk, Bachata, Swing, Merengue, Cumbia, and other partner dance traditions, followed by a social where you can practice what you learned.
This is for our vibe tribe / soul fam who love music, connection, and movement… and are curious about partner dancing but want a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
Instead of focusing on one strict style, we’ll explore the core dynamics that make partner dancing feel amazing: lead and follow, synergy, body movement, frame, flow, rhythm and connection.
The class will give you just enough structure and shared language to unlock a whole new level of connection on the dance floor.
Trust us… a little structure creates a lot of safety, and that goes a long way.
When partner dance really clicks, something magical happens in the body. Movement, rhythm, trust, and connection begin to release the brain’s natural feel-good chemistry ..oxytocin, dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins. The result is a kind of natural high that comes from music, movement, laughter, and human connection.
It’s sweet.
It’s magnetic.
It’s hilarious.
It’s humbling but exhilarating..
And it’s incredibly connective.
Whether you come solo or with a partner, you’ll leave with new skills and a whole room of people you can actually dance with.
Favian and Robyn will be guiding the night.

We’ve been dancing together for almost 20 years, and we can’t wait to share this connective medicine with you.

Please arrive at 7:30 to drop into the space, class begins at 8 and you don’t want to miss anything.

Practice what you learned to a curated playlist of our homies’ music mixed in.. designed for connection & flow with a touch of bass

If you have high vibey or sensual tracks around 72–73 BPM, conducive to close embrace dancing, send them our way!
We’d love to include soul fam produced music so we can dance to our own community vibes.
