The MPowered Maverick Celebration is a curated space designed to bring together dynamic women who continue to challenge convention, lead with vision, and expand what is possible for the generations that follow.
This gathering is a rare opportunity for women at every stage of their journey to converge in a space of intentional proximity. We believe in the power of access—creating a bridge where established icons can pour into the next generation, and where emerging leaders can gain the insight and proximity often kept behind closed doors.
This year, we gather to celebrate the extraordinary legacy of Suzanne de Passe—a visionary producer, executive, and trailblazer whose remarkable career has helped shape the landscape of music, television, and film while opening doors for countless women in the entertainment industry.
The afternoon will be a warm and welcoming moment for connection, conversation, and community. As part of the gathering, Mona Scott-Young will host a special “MPowered Moment”—a brief and intimate conversation with the Icon Suzanne de Passe reflecting on her groundbreaking journey, the lessons learned along the way, and the path forward for the next generation of women leaders.
