📣 EVENT FORMAT
1) Check in + mingle
2) Intro circle
3) Guided warm up + stretches + isolations
4) Learn an easy choreographed dance (~6 unique 8-counts)
5) [optional] Practice in small groups (with guidance) + take home core memories!
