No experience needed! Ideal for those who just want to try a different physical hobby in a casual, judgement-free space while meeting new friends! Youβll go home having met at least one new person and with new core memories β¨

DSC Session Event Flow:

7:00-7:15 β mingle and check in, try Red Bull
π£οΈ 7:15-7:30 β intro circle
πΊπ»7:30-8:45 β stretch, warm up, and learn an easy dance
π―ββοΈ 8:45-9:00 β break into groups and meet new people
π¬ 9:00-9:30 β practice in and get creative with small groups (participating and/or being filmed is optional)
π¬ Afterwards all are invited to join the community group chat on IG
π₯ BRING WATER + Photo ID + YOUR AMAZING ENERGY!! Cardio workout and good vibes guaranteed!
