No Filter, No Fluff: A Reset Walk for Women Tech Leaders is a candid and informal walk-and-talk designed for female-identifying founders and tech leaders who are tired of surface-level networking and the constant pressure to perform. Hosted in the middle of NY Tech Week, this event is a safe space to drop the pitch, speak openly about burnout and other challenges of leading in tech, and connect with peers who understand the grind. Expect honest conversations, shared strategies for navigating founder fatigue, and a community that values transparency over perfection – all while spending energizing time outdoors. Leaders will leave with new friends and new ideas, energized to enjoy the rest of Tech Week. What to expect: - Gather at the meeting place for brief introductions - Join a smaller, like-minded group for a low-pressure walk-and-talk, with the route guided by the host - At the second meeting place, join a different small group so you can make more like-minded connections - Walk about 1.5 miles in total, with breaks along the way - In the case of inclement weather, a rain location will be announced the evening before.
