The Moon, The Earth & The Body: A Spring Equinox Women’s Workshop on the Menstrual Cycle March 18 2026 6PM PST 60–90 minutes Format: Online Energy exchange $25 via Zelle to 4155891099 write down spring Please bring: A notepad and pen for reflection and notes Workshop Description: In this immersive online workshop, we will explore the menstrual cycle through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Indigenous wisdom traditions, and elemental theory. We will learn how the body moves in cycles just as the moon waxes and wanes, and the earth shifts through seasons, and how we can align our nourishment, spiritual practices, and daily rhythms with these natural movements. Together we will explore: • The four phases of the menstrual cycle through TCM principles • The Five Elements and how they relate to each phase of the cycle • The energetic parallels between the seasons • The lunar cycle and how to track your moon and menstrual rhythms • Practical nourishment strategies for each phase like herbal teas, simple dishes to support digestion, blood building, and emotional balance • Spiritual and behavioral practices to support each phase of the cycle • Cultivating self awareness and intuitive body literacy Women will leave with a deeper understanding of how the body, the earth, and the moon move as one living system, and how to care for themselves in a cyclical, rather than linear, way. — About the Teacher: For over a decade, Destene has immersed herself in the study of herbalism, holistic nutrition, and women’s health.
