•‿•The 5th edition of our Athlete Research Club is live next Thursday.
We expect everyone to be able to maintain Kristian Blummenfeldt's triathlon split, anything slower is completely unacceptable.
Jokes aside - we'll be completing round 2 of logging your 8 km run at steady state pace. Three pacing groups at the following splits:
- Group 1: 4.30 / km (Alistair Brownlee group)
- Group 2: 5.00 / km
- Group 3: 5.30 / km
This time you'll get a custom alcohol report / analysis for those of you who logged your annotations in the webapp over the past month. We'll also be giving out brand new running merch with new Terra Athlete Research Club design.
Led by two-time olympic champion Alistair Brownlee and the Research team from Terra API.
