in a world that promotes constant fear, separation & the illusion of division, we need authentic connection more than ever.
we are often socialized to answer the question, “how are you doing?” with “I’m good.” to mask our grief and our longing. to be strong, put on a smiling face & carry on.
we often are bombarded with copious amounts of messaging that tell us what to think, how to feel, how to act, & how to show up in our various roles.
from a young age, we are taught subconsciously about how to be liked, how to gain approval, and how to measure success from family, teachers, friends, and lovers.
what if… we can learn to show up as we are? to allow yourself to be seen in your unique presence? to let go of preconceived notions of another, and witness the human in front of you? the risk of being genuinely seen reaps the reward of true personal & collective liberation.
we all deserve the right to be seen without judgement. to be treated with dignity and compassion and respect — no matter where you come from, how much money you make, your belief systems, and all the other things we’ve been conditioned to believe. we are stronger together than apart. and it begins with you and me.
join us, for authentic connections. Feb 22nd, 2 - 4 pm. Tampa. l!nk in b!o 🙏🏽♥️✨
