WE’RE GOING ON A SUNSET PHOTOWALK :) We’re so excited to kick off our summer with the Seattle Hike Club, for our first Cameras & Hiking community photowalk at Discovery Park! 📅 SCHEDULE: • 6pm: SOCIAL HOUR • 7pm: START PHOTOWALK • 8pm: ARRIVE AT BEACH / LIGHTHOUSE • 9pm: SUNSET / WIND-DOWN ⚠️ REMINDERS + PRECAUTIONS: To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please review the following before joining us: 🧭 ROUTES: There will be two route options available: • 3-mile hiking route for those looking for a more active adventure. • 1-mile walking route with a direct path to the lighthouse for a more casual experience. (There is also a route to drive straight to the lighthouse) 🔦 GEAR + ETC. • Bring a headlamp or flashlight. We’ll be making our way back after sunset. • Charge your camera batteries, phone, and any accessories before arriving. • Wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes. • Bring water and any snacks you may want during the walk. • Consider carpooling with other attendees if possible. • Arrive on time so we can begin together and make the most of golden hour. • If you’re bringing a tripod, please be mindful of trail space and fellow hikers.
