Theme: All of the "Traffik" and Bike Lights
Traffic Theme: Riders can dress up like traffic signs, lights, etc. and/ or wear any bright colored vests, reflectors, costumes. Also, they can have bike lights. The point is to be seen π and light up the Town!
It starts and ends at the same location for an Oakland loop π.
