🚨 SAVE THE DAYTON'S BLUFF LIBRARY! 🚨 Did you know the mayor's newly proposed city budget completely closes our historic Dayton's Bluff Library branch to resolve a municipal deficit? We cannot let our vital East Side community utility and campus anchor disappear. Join us for "Sunrise Studies: A Creative Community Activation." This grassroots neighborhood gathering serves as the official gallery reception for local artist, returning Metro State student, and organizer Joe Charley’s newly opened autobiographical installation inside the library. Rather than a quiet, traditional gallery opening, we are transforming this space into an urgent platform for creative neighborhood defense right before the critical St. Paul City Council votes on September 23rd! Pull up to celebrate local East Side art, listen to a live local DJ, voice your story on our recorded community open mic, and screen-print your own custom "Save Our Library" lawn signs on-site.
