Before the week begins, take a little time to reset your mind and come back to yourself. This is a slow and easy Sunday afternoon featuring gentle yoga movements, intentional conversations and a chance to connect with your creativity. We’ll discuss the benefits of using your intuition in a creative form and submerge ourself into the sounds of a relaxing sound bath while we paint. All materials will be provided.
