We usually don't need another breakthrough. We need support in embodying the wisdom we've already received. This circle is a beautiful opportunity to be supported by other women as you reflect, process, and integrate your psychedelic journeys. Open to cis and trans women, as well as nonbinary folks who feel aligned with this space. Please message me if you have any questions. Those who are simply curious about psychedelics and wanting to explore in community are also warmly welcome. Without devoting ourselves to integration (the slow, ongoing process of embodying what we've experienced) we can easily return to old patterns, find ourselves chasing one peak experience after another, or become dependent on the medicine for change. Integration is what allows us to bring the wisdom of our journeys down to earth and create real, lasting transformation. And we were never meant to navigate these life-changing experiences alone. Being witnessed in our pain (and our pleasure) is some of the deepest medicine there is. I created this circle to offer a grounded, trauma-informed community where we can return to ourselves again and again, while being lovingly supported and gently held accountable to the transformation these medicines invite. Together we'll explore through: • Sharing, processing, and being witnessed by like-minded women • Reconnecting with the wisdom of your body and what is asking for your attention • Parts Work and inner child healing to understand deeper patterns • Somatic practices to support nervous system integration • Guided visualizations to deepen insight and embodiment ~ To reserve your spot, please send your contribution through Venmo to @Sarah-Sharpe-1 and RSVP "Going." ~ Contributions are non-refundable unless there is an emergency.
