Hey beauties, Sonya returns to HUB to deliver you into the sonic portal of crystal singing bowl medicine on the eve of the holy days to cap a beautiful year. ✨💜✨ Gather in community as we Breathe, Move, Intend and Listen together… We start the evening by gathering in circle to introduce ourselves and where we’re at. Tis the HolyDay Season and there can be a lot of energy to move through as we spend time with families and shift gears into the true start of the winter season. We will use breath and movement to ground our nervous systems in the present while simultaneously entraining ourselves into coherences as a group. Optional 🌿 invited for those who’s are interested. We then lay down to settle in and walk through the portal for an hour of bespoke sonic medicine. We end with a closing circle and opportunity to share or take time to journal about your experience. Squish available, but BYO extra squish and support, water bottle, eye mask optional, comfy clothes, optional snack to share with the group, optional journal. Suggested donation is sliding scale $15-$40, if it needs to be less that’s ok, but if you can afford a higher ticket price please do so to subsidize our sweet community with some mutual aide.
