Flowtopia Presents... Our potluck spin jam, back in Central Park by popular demand! This event will begin at 7pm and end at 10pm. **We are springing the rain date. Rain date: Friday July 31st, same time same place **LOCALE:** We will meet at the same locale as last time near Sheep Meadow NW corner, just PAST the fence, in the shade near the copse of large trees. We will be on the west side of the park near West Drive (cross streets are 66th - 69 St for Sheep Meadow). This is near Tavern on the Green. We will post an exact GPS location photo in the comment thread on the day of the event! **Things to bring:** 🍉 your props! (Hula hoops, juggling props, contact and dragon staffs, fans, diabolo, 8-rings, bring whatever is clever!) 🍉 There will be no extra LED props available to use - please ensure yours are charged and ready to glow! 🍉 food or drinks for the potluck! 🍉 a cup or vessel, plate, bowl, utensils, etc for your personal use. (Note: There will be napkins, paper plates, and some disposable utensils available until we run out.) 🍉 blankets / yoga mat to sit on 🍉 water to keep hydrated! 🍉 extra batteries for your props if they take L-ions 🍉 If you have a mobility aid, please bring it! 🍉 jacket for when the sun goes down 🍉 small speaker if you like 👾 We have group bug spray, hand sanitizer, and sunscreen available 👾 Organizers cannot bring home extra items. All extra food and drinks will be disposed of. Please pack your items in and out. Flowtopia is an all inclusive group. All skill levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced! You can take the 1 train to Lincoln Center and walk from there or the 1 to Columbus Circle and transfer to the Uptown B/C local lines. If you are coming from Harlem or Washington Heights, take the B or C downtown to 72nd. If you are coming from Brooklyn via the L train, either transfer at 14th to an Uptown bound C train or take the A express to 59th and walk from there. (Transfers to the local C and 1 are available from Columbus Circle as well.) 🚌 Via bus: The M72 bus is available. It is best to exit the bus at the Central Park West & 72nd St or 69th St stops and head to NW Sheep Meadow from there. 👾If you need help, please use the CityMapper or Google Maps app to help you route your way there.
