WHAT: Join us at Hillside Club to hear first-hand what it was like to row from California to Hawaii and set a world record while doing so! One of the four members (Libby) of the legendary all-women’s team that left the Bay in June 2022 and landed in Hawaii 34 days later will share exclusive stories, insights, and lessons learned from a life-enhancing journey at sea. There will be opportunity for Q&A, optional interaction with some elements from the boat, and Libby will introduce the next adventure coming in December 2026 … WHEN: Friday, March 27th 7:30PM - 9:30PM WHERE: Hillside Club, 2286 Cedar Street, Berkeley California HOW: The venue is a ~21 minutes walk from Downtown Berkeley BART Station, and within 4 blocks (~10 min walk) from bus lines 7, 18, and F stops. There is parking available on neighboring streets, and no associated parking lot. The presentation will begin @ 7:45PM, Q&A will begin shortly after (around 8:40PM), and attendees may stay until 9:30PM to interact. Presenting language is English. WHO: you and your friends!
