The Longevity Loop is a curated morning experience designed to inspire lasting vitality—inside and out. Rooted in the theme of longevity, this gathering brings together movement, meaningful connection, and expert insight to support mental wellness and feeling your best for the long run.
We'll begin with an intimate panel conversation exploring women’s health, mental resilience, and practical ways to feel younger, longer.
Immediately following the panel we will enjoy an energizing, all-levels walk led by Elizabeth Tretter (@sweatalittleglitter), setting the tone for a morning focused on sustainable wellbeing.
Throughout the morning, guests will enjoy nourishing sips, light bites, and thoughtful moments of connection in a beautiful setting—along with the opportunity to experience red light therapy.
