I’m Isha — a professional in the solar industry and a major climate conversation enthusiast. I’ve worked renewable energy projects for the past 5 years, interviewed inspiring women and non-binary leaders for my podcast (The Sustainability Snapshot), and spent years exploring and geeking on how we can accelerate the clean energy transition. This year, I wanted to create a space that’s the opposite of high-pressure networking: no suits, no formal agenda, no gatekeepers.
