What does it mean to be masculine-presenting in today’s world?
Too often, masc-presenting queer women and masc-of-center people are misunderstood. We’re expected to always be the strong one, the protector, the provider. Our softness is overlooked. Our emotions are questioned. Our identity is often reduced to stereotypes instead of being seen for the complexity and beauty we carry.
This healing circle was created to shift that conversation.
Join us for an afternoon of rest, reflection, and authentic connection in community. Through meditation, breathwork, sound healing, journaling, movement, games, and intentional discussion, we’ll explore what masculinity means to us—not what the world has told us it should be.
This is a space to:
✨ Be seen beyond the stereotypes.
✨ Lay down the pressure to always “hold it together.”
✨ Connect with others who understand your lived experience.
✨ Share, listen, laugh, heal, and simply exist without having to explain yourself.
Whether you’ve been craving deeper community, a place to exhale, or an opportunity to redefine masculinity on your own terms, you’re welcome here.
What to expect:
🧘🏾 Meditation + breathwork — come back home to your body
🎶 Sound bowl healing that's gonna hit like a reset button
✍️ Journaling at your own pace, no pressure, no judgment
🗣️ Real talk community discussion: masc identity + softness, dating and love while masc, being truly seen (not fetishized), finding your people
🎲 Games + dance, because joy is healing too
You don't need to arrive with anything figured out. You don't need to explain yourself. Just come as you are.
