Primo Training presents: "Strong Body, Resilient Mind"- a hybrid expo committed to providing a space of learning and connection to movement, wellness, creativity, and embodiment. We believe that a strong body leads to a healthy mind- and with a healthy mind comes a strong body.
The expo is all-inclusive to all ages and family friendly. This will be a donation-based event as we would love to make this as accessible to as many people as possible. There will be music, coffee/matcha, food, music, creative displays, & several educational workshops held throughout the event along with opportunities to mingle.

• 12:15pm - 1:00pm: Strength Class by Julian Talens
• 1:00pm - 2:00pm: Eat + Mingle + Raffle
