Refuge / Requiem is unlike any Tonality concert we've ever performed - in an exceptional space. This program starts with Caroline Shaw's "To the Hands" and highlights Tomás Luis de Victoria's 1605 Requiem.
Together, these works create a space for reflection and connection - honoring those we have lost while offering care for the living. Refuge / Requiem is an invitation to listen deeply, mourn collectively, and find meaning through shared presence.
