Expect: • Core & glutes • Upper-body sculpt • Full-body burn • Beginner-friendly modifications •┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈• 🎀 WHAT TO BRING • Yoga mat • Water • Pastel activewear (encouraged!) Need a mat?
