This Ecstatic Dance session is a guided somatic experience designed to help you let go of what’s holding you back and reconnect with yourself through movement. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and intention setting, then build into free-form dance in a supportive, high-vibe environment.
No experience needed. Just show up as you are and move in whatever way feels right for you.
This is an adults-only, substance-free space. No drugs or alcohol, just music, movement, and community.
