Starting at 14th and T Streets NW
Proceeding south on 14th Street to Thomas Circle NW
Proceed around Thomas Circle counter clockwise to 14th Street NW
Continuing south on 14th Street to Pennsylvania Avenue NW
East on Pennsylvania Avenue ending at 9th Street NW
