Better than Porridge x Achilles Heat at Kato Sake Works Saturday, May 31 2PM until sold out Live Jazz at 7PM 379 Troutman St, Brooklyn, NY In collaboration with Troutman Open Streets (Just down the street from The Bushwick Collective Block Party!) We’re bringing Maine coastal vibes to the heart of Bushwick! Come grab our New England–Style Shrimp Rolls—tender shrimp in creamy dill lemon mayo on a buttery toasted bun. Vegan? We’ve got a hearts of palm version with vegan lemon-dill mayo. We’ll also have a bright corn, cucumber, and tomato salad in zesty lime vinaigrette. @achilles_heat will be running a tasting station with their signature Smoked Chili Crisp and Smoked Hot Sauces, handcrafted in Brooklyn. Sample them all, then lock in your favorite to stash for later (or drizzle right on your roll for maximum impact). Pair it all with crisp junmai or citrusy yuzu sake from @katosakeworks, brewed fresh on-site. 7PM: Jazz Night w/ Mind Open - Mind Open @mindopenband will be performing inside the brewery with vibraphone-forward jazz grooves featuring Chris Covais (vibraphone), Hugo Lopez @mrhrl (bass), Michael Vetter @michael_ vetter_music (drums), Zack Silverberg (guitar).
