Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body?
We invite you to step into this FREE 90 minute community driven space of healing.
Through gentle guided body movements and breath work, together, we’ll clear our bodies of stored stress - awakening consciousness, presence and renewing energy.
Then, we’ll ground and reconnect in community, heart to heart.
No experience needed, just come as you are.
In this safe and supportive space, our facilitators will guide you through:
🌿 Gentle Fascia Movements / Maneuvers - simple, effective techniques to free tension and unlock your body’s natural flow.
🌬️ Breath Work Practices - to calm your mind, regulate your system, and renew your energy.
🤝 Healing With Community - share and connect with others on a path to personal breakthroughs and transformation.
This is more than a wellness workshop - it's an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of healing with community.

✅ All levels of experience and abilities are welcome.
✅ Please bring a yoga mat, water, and an open mind.
