This weekend is about embodying your prayers… not just thinking about what you want to change, but speaking it, feeling it, and having it land in your nervous system, and harnessing the power of prayer and play to raise and align your vibes for leading the life of your dreams! Through ritual, sound, movement, myth, and journaling, we’ll fine tune the instruments of our bodies and create a gentle and powerful container for release, renewal, and remembering who you are beneath the noise of daily life. You don’t need prior spiritual experience… just an open heart and willingness to arrive.
