As the moon reaches its fullest, we’re invited to pause and let go. This full moon sound bath offers space to relax your body, quiet the mind, and gently release what no longer serves you through sound, stillness, and reflection.✨
What to expect:
🧘 Guided Meditation – Drop into stillness and reconnect with yourself with a grounding meditation that will flow right into a sound journey.
🔊 Sound Journey – Immerse yourself in soothing vibrations and frequencies designed to relax your mind, body, and soul.
✍️ Journaling - Reflect and capture your insights, intentions, or feelings, deepening your connection with yourself and the full moon energy.
👥 Community & Tea – Come together in community with like-hearted people and enjoy a soothing cup of organic herbal tea.
Doors open at 10:15am. Please arrive early to give yourself time to settle in and relax. Doors will close promptly at 10:35pm. We kindly ask you to arrive before that time to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
What to Bring:
A Yoga Mat and Comfortable Clothing!
Optional: Blanket, Eye Mask, Pillow, Water.
