Strawberry Full Moon: Sound Bath Meditation

Join Amera and Jean for an evening of breath work, sound meditation, and ultimate relaxation. We will be held amongst the nighttime ambiance of all the gorgeous plants and cactuses at Casa Cactus.
Jean will guide us through a powerful breathwork pattern meant to release stagnant energy. Amera will then share some background on vibrational medicine and lead a sound meditation, covering you with a blanket of sounds created by crystal bowls, Sufi chimes, shakers, Tibetan bells and drums. Afterwards, a variety of Palestinian teas (herbal) will be served.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat and pillow.
