Most founders build their product first and find their user second. Fewer can clearly articulate who it’s truly for. Even fewer have intentionally designed how that user will recognize, trust, and engage with it. This session is about closing the gap, before that great idea becomes just a good idea. Using live song overlays, you’ll experience what user alignment feels like, before we translate it into the diagnostic work. ----- This working session combines a short musical activation with a live diagnostic to help you identify your target user types, begin to explore what shapes their decisions, and consider what lands in their world, not just yours. Together we’ll explore why some ideas scale while others stall…and the difference between attention and alignment. Designed for: • Founders and builders • Operators and strategists • Ecosystem builders • Creatives building products or platforms Led by a musical theatre writer and engagement strategist, with 12+ years of experience translating across internal and external stakeholders in biotech, this session focuses on the layer that determines whether something gets understood, trusted, and adopted, sustainably. You’ll leave with a drafted User Identity Framework and a stronger foundation for how people encounter and engage with what you’re building. "People don’t stay simply because they were convinced. They stay because of alignment." ~ NU A curated session. Limited capacity. This event is a part of #BOSTechWeek—a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem.
