🌿 An Evening of Ancestral Wisdom & Prayer with the Noke Koî 🌿
We are honored to welcome members of the Noke Koî (Nomanawa clan), joining us from the Amazon rainforest.
This will be an intimate evening… a chance to sit together, listen, and receive directly from their stories and presence.
We are deeply honored to be joined by Chief Yama Nomanawa and his family, who will be sharing this evening with us—Pajé Sheka Nomanawa, Txana Ãta Nomanawa, and Txana Vari Nomanawa.
Vari, the Chief’s daughter, carries a powerful and historic step within this journey… she is the first woman from her village to leave her region and travel beyond the forest. To have her here, bringing her força feminina, is something truly special and not to be taken lightly.
The Noke Koî people have remained deeply rooted in their traditions, language, and relationship with the forest. As they share their way of life beyond their territory, it comes with a clear mission… to protect the Amazon, preserve their culture, and remind the world that the survival of the forest is directly connected to the survival of all of us.
There is also a deeper remembering in this… that our future is ancestral. That the knowledge they carry is not from the past, but something that is needed now. By listening, learning, and being in right relationship, we become part of preserving these traditions and carrying them forward in a good way.
They hold the understanding that the Earth is not a resource, but a living relative… and that Indigenous wisdom offers ways of being that can guide us back into balance.
Join us for a more intimate evening with the wisdom they have come to share… a space rooted in storytelling, prayer, and connection.
Throughout the evening, there will also be a small crafts market, offering handmade pieces directly from their community as another way to support and connect with their culture.

🕗 8:00 PM — Arrival + soft landing into the space
🕣 8:30 PM — Storytelling + sharing from the Noke Koî
🕤 9:15 PM — Hapé circle (optional participation)
🕙 10:00 PM — Prayer + Sound Circle
🕚 11:00 PM — Closing + integration
Throughout the evening, we will be in a shared container where we listen, learn, and connect through presence rather than agenda.
Community is medicine… and spaces like this remind us how to be in right relationship with each other, the Earth, and the wisdom that is still being protected and carried.
