Unwind with us through a grounding, all-levels Vinyasa flow that pairs mindful movement with elevated relaxation.

This series is designed to:
• Release tension
• Reconnect breath & body
• Create softness through strength

Whether you're new to yoga or deep in your practice, this is your space to move intentionally and flow freely.
Join us for a welcoming sesh at 11:30 AM, followed by an all-level gentle flow starting at promptly at 12 PM. Expect gentle movement, elevated vibes, and intentional breath — all in a space made for you.             
One store purchase required for entry upon arrival into the lounge- smoking or partaking is not required. Friends and groups ! a purchase intended to be shared with each other is acceptable !

All class participants will receive 15% off any in store purchase over $25
