Come dressed in your best Halloween inspired workout fit! spooky, cute, witchy, pumpkiny, skeleton chic… whatever makes your little haunted heart happy 🎃🦇✨ Escape Pilates combines traditional Pilates, resistance, and weight training in a welcoming, inclusive environment, and the class is great for all skill levels! So whether you’re a Pilates princess or you don’t know your reformer from your cauldron, you’re welcome here 😂🧙‍♀️ Come solo or bring a ghoulfriend! just make sure everyone RSVPs! 🧡 We’ll stretch, strengthen, shake a little, and hopefully leave with boo-tiful posture 👻 No tricks, just treats… and probably some sore abs 🎃💪✨
