The event will be held in the Garland District (EXACT ADDRESS ABOVE) on June 14th 2025 from 3-4 PM. This is a FREE event to register for.
The event will run as follows:
3-3:30 PM Holy Hooping 3 Point Competition (7 Participants)
$300 grand prize πΈ
3:30- 4 PM Jammin4Jesus Dunk Competition (5 Participants),
$500 grand prize π°
What to expect:
Holy Hooping 3 Point Competition: $300 grand prize (7 participants)
- 5 spots (corner, wing, top of key, wing, corner)
- 5 shots per spot (4 regular, 1 money ball per spot)
- 1 winner (whoever has the highest score wins and receives $300 cash prize)
Jammin4Jesus Dunk Competition: $500 grand prize (5 participants)
Round 1- Every participant performs 1 dunk (max of 3 attempts to complete the dunk). Top 3 performers are selected and taken to the finals.
Round 2- Top 3 dunkers will perform another dunk (3 attempts max). Winner of this round receives grand prize of $500 cash.
Scoring Criteria: 3 Judges will rank dunks based off of
1) Difficulty
2) Execution
3) Style
4) Creativity
5) Crowd Engagement*** (very important)
