✨ Costumes are a must — we’re dressing super cute, so come ready to slay the night!

🧛‍♀️ Bar lineup: To be announced — we’ll go with the vibe and hit wherever feels right.

It’s going to be so much fun, and we can’t wait to celebrate Halloween with you!

By participating in or attending this event (the “Event”), you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following: 	1.	Voluntary Participation: I understand that my participation in this Event is completely voluntary. I acknowledge that I am participating of my own free will and have not been coerced or compelled in any way. 	2.	Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in this Event may involve inherent and unforeseeable risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, theft, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for my participation. 	3.	Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby fully release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Event organizers, hosts, affiliates, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and any associated venues, businesses, or property owners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may occur during or as a result of my participation in this Event. 	4.	Personal Responsibility: I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own actions, behavior, and well-being during the Event, including my transportation to and from the Event. I agree to act respectfully, responsibly, and lawfully at all times. I understand that if I engage in any unsafe, inappropriate, or illegal conduct, I may be removed from the Event without refund or recourse. 	5.	No Medical Coverage: I understand that the Released Parties do not provide medical services or insurance for participants. I am solely responsible for obtaining my own medical care and coverage, and for all related expenses, in the event of injury or illness. 	6.	Property and Personal Belongings: I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my personal property at all times. The Released Parties are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my belongings, vehicle, or other property. 	7.	Transportation and Alcohol: I understand that if alcohol is consumed at or around the Event, I will do so responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. I agree not to operate any vehicle or engage in any activity that could endanger myself or others. The Released Parties are not responsible for my transportation, conduct, or decisions. 	8.	Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys’ fees, that may arise as a result of my participation, actions, or omissions in connection with the Event. 	9.	Media Release (Optional): I grant permission for the Event organizers and affiliates to use any photos, videos, or recordings taken of me during the Event for promotional, social, or commercial purposes, without compensation. I waive any right to review or approve such materials. 	10.	Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that by participating in the Event, I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue. I acknowledge that I am agreeing to this waiver freely and voluntarily. 	11.	At-Will Participation: This Event is a casual, at-will social gathering. The organizers are not responsible for coordinating or guaranteeing transportation, safety, or any outcomes. By attending, I accept full personal responsibility for myself and agree to these terms as a condition of participation.  ⸻  By attending or participating in this Event, you agree to this Liability Waiver and Release of Claims in full.
