The West Hartford Greater Together Community Fund, a program of the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, is excited to announce its 2025 grant awards supporting eight local nonprofits making a difference in our community.
This year’s recipients are: Arts for Learning Connecticut, CT Volunteers in Psychotherapy, Dignity Grows, Fern Street Food Ministry, Greystone Foundation, Seniors Job Bank, West Hartford Community of Concern, and WHY Outreach, Inc.
