A 75-minute somatics workshop inspired by the life and artwork of Frida Kahlo, and by her words, “Nothing is absolute. Everything changes, everything moves, everything revolves, everything flies and goes away.”  

Together, we will shift our (dis)comfort and tension into new rhythms and flow. Through movement, guided visualization, somatic drawing, and supportive touch, we will explore the friction of being alive and the desire for conscious transformation.
