Join us on our outdoor patio for a 45-minute, beginner-friendly mat Pilates class led by a certified instructor (hi, it’s me, Lupe). Bring your own mat, grab a mimosa on arrival, and get ready for a workout that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Think throwback hits, everyone’s favorite songs, and a whole lot of laughing! Your abs will feel it, but so will your cheeks (both sets).

Your ticket includes your first glass of prosecco (mimosa it, obviously) and let’s just say we’re not stingy with the pours.

PILATES & PROSECCO – LIABILITY WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & MEDIA RELEASE (CALIFORNIA) By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in Pilates classes and related event activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, falls, equipment-related injuries, and other physical injury or illness. I voluntarily choose to participate and expressly assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation. I certify that I am in adequate physical condition to participate and have no medical condition that would impair my ability to safely engage in this activity. I understand that I am solely responsible for consulting a physician prior to participation if I have any health concerns. 2. Release and Waiver of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant any right to pursue legal action against the event organizer, instructor, venue (Avila Partners LLC dba "Campus"), and all affiliated owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in this event or while on the premises. 3. California Civil Code Section 1542 Waiver I expressly waive the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states:  “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by them, would have materially affected their settlement with the debtor.”  I understand and agree that this waiver is intended to release all claims, including those that are unknown or unanticipated. 4. Alcohol Acknowledgment and Release I understand that alcoholic beverages will be available at this event. I acknowledge that consumption of alcohol is voluntary and I agree to do so responsibly. I assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or related to my consumption of alcohol. I release the Released Parties from any liability related to my consumption of alcohol, including any injuries to myself or others. I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age and agree to present valid government-issued identification upon request. 5. Personal Responsibility I agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor and event staff. I understand that failure to follow instructions or to exercise reasonable care may increase my risk of injury. I accept full responsibility for my own participation and conduct. 6. Media Release I grant permission to the Released Parties to photograph, film, and record me during the event. I authorize the use of such media for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes in any format, in perpetuity, without compensation or further consent. 7.
