This 1.5-hour interactive session is designed for professors, students, and postdocs interested in leveraging advanced language models for various research applications.
The workshop will explore the versatile capabilities of ChatGPT in data visualization, academic writing, code generation, hypothesis formulation, and much more. Through hands-on exercises, attendees will gain practical experience in using ChatGPT for tasks such as coding, data analysis, generating figures and accurate captions for complex figures, automating literature review outlines, and drafting professional academic correspondence.
This workshop is designed to offer valuable insights and tools that could benefit researchers across the diverse fields in the School of Sustainability at Stanford.
